Release Back Pain by Foam Rolling Your Quads

With life being the way it is, are you experiencing decreased movement and increased sitting? Are you finding ways to move and get creative? I hope so!

Here’s the thing, when we stop moving as much and sit more, a lot of people complain of that hip flexor causing a lot of back pain, but the quadriceps (front thigh muscle) could also be the culprit! The quad attaches onto the front of the pelvis and when it’s super tight and restricted, ends up pulling that pelvis forward (think “anterior pelvic tilt” or “insta-booty”) and this restriction can end up making that low back tight, restricted and achy!
